摘　　要：新疆加工番茄具有自然资源优势和产业化优势,但番茄酱产业存在品质不稳定及附加值低等问题,番茄酱出口面临贸易壁垒。因此,番茄酱质量安全可追溯体系的建设具有重要意义。分析表明,建设番茄酱质量安全可追溯体系,提高产品品质,有效应对贸易壁垒,进而促进产业健康发展。Xinjiang tomato has natural resources and industrial advantages, but tomato sauce faced inconsistent quality and low value-added and trade barrier. So the construction of tomato sauce food safety traceability system is important. It shows that the tomate sauce food safety traceability system should be canstructed, in order to improve quality, effactively respond to trade barriers, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
