摘　　要：高校法制教育低效的宏观原因有:高校法制教育课程定位欠准确,法制教育设计存在缺失与断层,课程内容不足,国家缺乏法制教育的实效缺乏评估,传统政治、法律、文化的消极影响和社会环境的负面影响等几个方面,本文就此提出相应改进对策。Macro - reasons for legal education inefficiencies in colleges and universities of China are as follows：inaccurate orientation in legal education courses of colleges and universities,deficiency and fault in design,insufficient course contents,lacking of available evaluation system in legal educa-tion,negative effects of traditional politics,law and culture,negative effects of social environment, and so on. And then corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward.
