论《荀子》中“分”的思想对中国古代社会和谐关系的达成

摘　　要：在荀子思想体系中,"分"是一个重要的理论范畴和中心建构。荀子在其著作中首先提出"分"的概念,并在大量的篇章中对"分"进行阐发,明确指出"分"的组织者、实现者是"人君"、"圣人"和"治国者"、"分"的过程中遵守的原则是"礼",深刻揭示了"分"对中国古代社会和谐关系达成的功能:实现群体的高度团结与全面和谐;完成统治者对国家政治的管理;促进社会分工的多样性,行业内部资源优化,促进整个社会经济的和谐发展;维护社会稳定、国家安宁。In Xunzi＇s ideological system, ＂ Separate ＂ is an important theory category and the center construction. The concept of Xunzi in his book, first proposed the ＂ Separate ＂, and the ＂Separate ＂ in a large number of text analysis, pointed out that ＂Separate＂ organizers, implementation is ＂Prince＂, ＂Saint＂ and ＂country＂, ＂points＂ in compliance with the principle of ＂Li＂ deep, reveals the ＂ Separate ＂ of the harmonious relationship between ancient Chinese society reached a function： the realization of group solidarity, harmony; management of rulers of national politics; to promote the diversity of social division of labor, optimizing the internal resource industry, to promote the whole social economic harmonious development; to maintain social stability and the well-being of the country.
