摘　　要：构建"政府引导、协会指导、企业参与、学校为主体"的高职院校集团化办学模式,是提升高职院校人才培养质量的重要途径。集团化办学模式适应区域产业结构升级调整的需要,对于优化资源配置,提升高职院校的聚合力,发挥集群优势,有着重要的实践意义。如何使高职教育集团化办学成为发展高职教育的有效形式,是值得深入研究的课题。Constructing the running mode of vocational colleges by group with ＂ government guidance, association direction, enterprise participation, main body of college＂ , is an important way to improve the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges. Meeting the requirement of the regional industrial structure upgrading and adjustment, the running mode of vocational colleges by group has important practical significance for optimizing resource allocation, enhancing cohesion of vocational colleges, playing cluster advantages. How to make the best effective form of the group of vocational education running mode is worth of further study.
