摘　　要：高校学生党员是国家未来建设的中坚力量。随着高校规模不断扩大,学生党员随之不断增多,学生党员的管理工作也面临着许多新问题。对高校学生党员再教育工作是一个不断探索、不断完善的过程。创造性地进行继续教育,提高学生党员继续教育工作质量,将有助于学生在学校期间牢固树立正确的理想信念、充分发挥党员的示范作用,提高院校的人才培养质量。College student Party members are the backbone of the construction of the country＇s future. With the expanding of colleges, student Party members have been growing, the management of student Party members also faced with many new problems. It is a process of exploring and perfecting unceasingly for college students. Creatively further education, improving the quality of the work of further education of college students Party members at the school will help students to firmly establish the correct ideals and beliefs, give full play to the students exemplary role of Party members, improve the quality of personnel training in colleges.
