摘　　要：以轮胎生产物流为调研对象,分析制造业生产物流存在的浪费现象及产生浪费的原因,结合制造业生产物流的作业特点,构建了一套基于精益思想的现场管理方法体系和实施层次体系,并探讨了精益现场管理的实施要求。In this paper, with the production logistics process of tires as the subject, we analyzed the waste and causes thereof in the production logistics process of the manufacturing industries, then in connection with the operational characteristics of the manufacturing logistics, built the methodological system and enforcement system of the site management approach based on lean thinking, and at the end, discussed the requirements in the implementation of the lean site management approach.
