摘 要:经过齿形优化,用圆弧齿廓替代与直线齿廓内齿轮啮合的共轭外齿轮齿廓,利于解决内外齿轮硬齿面加工问题。就其啮合性能,提出了直线-圆弧齿廓内齿轮副啮合性能之一的重合度和啮合效率的计算公式,并进行了算例比较。结果表明,直线-圆弧齿廓内齿轮副的重合度小于同模数同齿数的渐开线齿廓内齿轮副;在仅探讨几何参数和啮合参数影响的情况下,直线-圆弧齿廓内齿轮副的啮合效率明显高于渐开线齿廓内齿轮副。After the teeth profile optimization, it is found that problems in hard gear machining of internal and external gearcould be well resolved when the conjugate profile of external gear, which meshed the internal gear with rectilinear teeth pro-file, being replaced by arc profile. As for its meshing performance, the calculation formula of coincidence degree and the mes-hing efficiency for internal gear with rectilinear-arc teeth profile were proposed in this paper, and then the calculation caseswere compared. The results showed that coincidence degree of an internal gear pair with rectilinear-arc teeth profile is lessthan involute internal gear pair with the same modulus and equal teeth number. And the meshing efficiency of an internal gearpair with rectilinear-arc teeth profile is distinctly higher than involute internal gear pair when only considering geometrical pa-rameters and meshing parameters.
