摘　　要：创新能力是素质教育的重要组成部分,是培养大学生思维能力与深化专业知识的要求。文章结合土木工程专业的特点,从课堂教学、本科生导师制度、结构模型设计比赛及评估与激励机制等方面,初步探讨了土木工程专业大学生创新能力的培养方法。通过以上方法的使用,提高了学生的创新能力与学习成绩,提升了更多学生的专业水平。The training of innovation ability is a significant part in the quality education of college students,which improves the student＇s ideation and professional knowledge. This paper discusses the methodologies to improve the innovation ability of civil engineering majors from classroom teaching,undergraduate tutorial system,structural model competition and incentive system. By applying these methods,the student＇s professional standards are enhanced.
