地方高校非学历继续教育发展初探

摘　　要：在高等教育大众化背景下,地方高校大力发展非学历继续教育成为必然趋势。现阶段制约地方高校非学历继续教育发展的因素有观念上的偏差、发展动力不足、自身局限及发展空间被挤压等。其对策是以科学发展观为引领,以观念更新为先导,大力营造良好氛围环境;以教学质量的提高为根本,积极搭建发展平台;以服务地方区域经济为突破口,进一步拓展发展空间;以创新为动力,努力发挥竞争优势。Under the circumstances of popularizing higher education, developing non-degree continuing education in local universities on large scale has become an inevitable trend, but the present constraints include deviation in educational concepts, lack of motivation, limitations of self-development and squeezed developing space. Its countermeasures should be based on the scientific concept development to update the educational concepts for a good environment, to focus on improving teaching quality to actively build a development platform; to serve the local regional economy as a breakthrough for further expansion of the development space; to function innovation as the driving force, trying to take advantage of competitive priority.
