摘　　要：本文概述了增塑剂的分类、种类以及其应用现状,并对其在食品包装的潜在危害进行了分析,重点介绍了三种无毒增塑剂在保鲜膜中的应用及安全性。指出塑料保鲜膜生产过程中增塑剂的种类和用量是影响食品包装安全的重要因素。This paper provides an overview of the classification of the plasticizer,the kind and their applications. The potential hazards of plasticizer in food package were analyzed,emphasizing the three non-toxic plasticizers in food package and safety. Two factors including the kind and addition amount of plasticizer are critical to influence the safety of food packaged with preservative film.
