摘　　要：成人片段学习不仅是终身学习的一种重要形式,也是基于成人学习特点的学习形式。近年来,成人片段学习逐渐被我国研究者关注,相关研究取得了一定的阶段性成果,但同时也存在着许多不容忽视的问题。基于此,本文梳理和归纳了我国成人片段学习研究的成果,反思存在的问题并提出相应的对策,以期促进我国成人片段学习研究。Adult fragment-learning is not only an important form of lifelong learning,but also a form of learning based on the characteristics of adult learning itself.In recent years,adult fragment-learning is gradually entering the researchers＇ field of vision,the relevant research has achieved some initial results,but there are also many problems that can＇t be ignored.Based on this,this paper sorts and summarizes the research achievements of adult fragment-learning,reflects the problems and put forward the appropriate measures,so as to promote the research of adult fragment-learning.
