摘　　要：结合市场需求,高职商科类教育应将内外贸一体化的国策落实到人才培养改革之中,在相关专业的教学内容中贯穿国际贸易术语及其方式,以贸易术语在国内货物贸易中的运用为突破口,率先打破条块分割形成的商贸专业教学体制,使各专业有机结合起来,形成具有高职特色的专业群。This document takes latest international trade terms thought penetrating domestic trade, explains trade termswhich can not only be left in foreign trade but also in the domestic trade, especially where needs signed contract widely ar-ea, and demonstrates trade terms are a communication bridge between foreign trade and domestic trade, and a tie combin-ing high vocational business professions together as well. As an opportunity to promote trade terms using in the domestictrade, a higher vocational education group of integration of foreign trade and domestic trade can be set up, which is practi-cally significant for education reforms in higher vocational colleges and training economic and trade professionals as well.
