长玻纤增强聚丙烯制品性能预评价方法研究

摘　　要：建立了长玻纤增强聚丙烯制品性能预评价方法,通过测定不同位置的玻纤含量、玻纤保留长度分布及熔接痕强度等方法评价制品的综合性能。本方法直接体现了制件结构、模具结构及成型工艺条件对制件性能的影响,可以弥补普通长玻纤材料基础物性评价的不足,能够更加科学全面地对制品的性能进行预测,管控零部件测试风险。This article developed a pre-evaluation method of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene product＇s performance.By testing fiber content of different location,glass fiber remaining length division and weld line strength,the properties of product could be evaluated.The influences of different evaluation method were systematically studied.These pre-evaluation methods illustrated the influence of part structure,mould structure and injection process in the properties of product and provided a beneficial supplement to the ordinary material tests.Thus the performance and test risk were estimated more scientifically and comprehensively.
