磷酸二酯酶抑制剂对枯草芽孢杆菌发酵环磷腺苷的影响

摘　　要：为了提高枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus.subtilis jsim-1277的环磷腺苷发酵能力,试验了磷酸二酯酶同工酶抑制剂对产生环磷腺苷的影响。结果表明:西马多丁和氨茶碱有良好的促进环磷腺苷生产作用,在联合使用的最佳条件下,增产28%,达到9.14 g/L。In order to improve the accumulation of Adenosine-3＇,5＇-cyclic monophosphate with Bacillus.subtilis jsim-1277,the effects of phosphodiesterase inhibitors were studied.The results showed that Cemadotin and Aminophylline can improve the concentration of Adenosine-3＇,5＇-cyclic monophosphate.Under the optimized conditions,the productivity increased 28％,reaching 9.14 g/L.
