摘  要:开关磁阻电机起动电流小、起动转矩大,能频繁的重载换向,适用于低冲次的塔架式抽油机,但其具有非线性和强耦合性,调速系统难以控制.将PSO(粒子群)自整定PID控制算法引入到开关磁阻电机调速控制系统中来,在分析开关磁阻电机数学模型的基础上建立了开关磁阻电机调速系统的Simulink模型,经MATLAB仿真,该电机在400 ~1 200 rad/s范围内响应速度比PID控制提高27.2%~ 55.7%,且大大减小了电机的转矩脉动.经模拟实验验证,利用PSO自整定PID控制可显著提高开关磁阻电机调速系统的抗干扰能力和鲁棒性,使塔架式抽油机的运行噪音大为降低.Switch reluctance motor has small starting current,big starting torque and frequently reversing in overloading,which is suitable for tower mounted pumping unit.But it has nonlinear and strong coupling,so it is difficult to control regulation system.In this paper,using PSO self-tuning PID controls the speed system of switch reluctance motor.Through analyzing the mathematical model of switch reluctance motor and controller,the Simulink model is established.By MATLAB simulation,the speed control performance of the motor is increased 27.2% ~55.7% than PID when the speed is from 400 rad/s to 1 200 rad/s.And it largely reduces the motor torque ripple.The simulation experiments verify that using PSO self-tuning PID control can significantly improve the anti-interference ability of speed regulation system of switch reluctance motor and robustness.And the noise is greatly reduced when the tower mounted pumping unit is running.
