摘  要:采用溶液共混法制备了不同质量比例的果胶/壳聚糖复合膜,用IR、XRD表征其结构,并测试了复合膜的溶胀度、水蒸气透过率、透光率、体外降解和抗菌性等性能.结果表明:果胶和壳聚糖分子间有很好的相容性并发生了一定的相互作用;当二者质量比例为1:1时,复合膜的水蒸气透过率最低、透气性较小,溶胀度达到487%,并且能够保持良好的体外降解性和抗菌性.Solution blending method was applied to prepare pectin/chitosan(PEC/CS) composite membrane with different quality proportions, IR and XRD were adopted to describe the structure of membrane, and the swelling behavior, water vapor permeability(WAP), light transmittance, in vitro degradation and antimicrobial properties of membrane were measured. The results indicated that, pectin and chitosan have a good compatibility, and that physical-chemical interaction would take place between them during the blending process. The obtained membrane had the lowest water vapor transmittance when the quality ratio was 1:1, and its air permeability was relatively low also, its swelling degree reached 487%, and the composite membrane kept a good in vitro degradation and antimicrobial properties.degradation and antimicrobial properties.
