新媒体环境下高职院校青年教师思政教育探析

摘　　要：随着新媒体在青年教师中影响力的日益提升,高职院校青年教师思政教育的复杂性逐渐增加,新媒体正积极或者消极地影响着高职院校青年教师的人生观、价值观和世界观。高职院校应结合新媒体环境下青年教师思想道德状况的新情况和新趋势,依托新媒体,不断提升思政教育工作者的媒体素养,创新教育载体和平台,加强新媒体的研究,增强青年教师思政工作的主动性、积极性和创造性。The complex nature of the ideological and polit- ical education of the young higher vocational teachers be- comes increasingly remarkable as the improvement of the influence power of the new media. Moreover, the new me- dia are affecting the outlook on life, on values and on world positively or negatively. Therefore, the higher voca- tional college should consider the new situation and tenden- cy of the ideological and moral status of the young teacher under the new media environments and improve the media attainment of the ideological and political education and in- novation education carrier. Moreover, the study of the new media should be carried to enhance the initiative, the enthu- siasm and the creativity of the ideological and political work of the young teachers.
