摘 要:教师的职业特点决定了其精神需求的层次和内容,教师精神需求的满足对其工作积极性、主动性和创造性具有重要影响。由于社会发展水平的制约和精神需求隐蔽性特点的存在,使得教师的精神需求长期处于被忽视状态。要通过在全社会营造关心和支持教师精神需求的良好氛围,在学校内建立满足教师精神需求的工作制度来维护和保障教师的精神利益。Teachers' professional characteristics decide their level and content of the spiritual needs. The satisfaction of their spiritual needs has an important influence of their work enthusiasm,initiative and creative. In fact,teachers' spiritual needs are overlooked for a long time by the development of the society and spiritual needs' concealment. There are two ways to protect and safeguard teachers' spiritual needs. The one is to create a great atmosphere of the care and support for their spiritual needs throughout society,the other is to set up a working system that satisfies their spiritual needs at school.
