摘　　要：渤海船舶职业学院党校改革教学模式,加强实践教学环节建设,按照体验式教育理论,在学生入党积极分子、学生党员培养中,以尊重鲜活个性为切入点,以关注现实需要为着力点,以情感培养为媒介,以开展系统培训为主阵地,以开展实践活动为载体,发挥党校在培养入党积极分子和教育学生党员中的积极作用,实现高校党校的培养目标。According to experiential education theory, in the cultivation of students Party members and activists, Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College Party school reforms teaching mode, taking respecting individuality as entry point, noticing real need as main point, emotion cultivating as media, systematically training as main batdefield, practice activity as carrier, so as to play Party school＇s important role and realize the training goal of Parry school.
