摘　　要：为充分了解船舶类高职学生综合素质现状,进一步提高高职学生职业素质教育的针对性,通过对渤海船舶职业学院动力工程系学生的问卷调查,分析了当前船舶类高职学生综合素质水平,并对其存在的问题进行了研究。最终明确了培养目标,制订了相应的综合教育培训方案,以促使高职院校学生在积极地、有创造性地学好专业知识、专业技能的同时,有意识、有目的地提高自己的综合职业素质。In order to fully understand the status of overall quality of the students major in shipbuilding, to further improve the relevance of vocational colleges students＇ professional qualities, through the survey on questionnaires by the students of Power Engineering Department of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College, the author analyzed overall quality of the students major in shipbuilding, studied the existing problems. Eventually the author cleared the training objectives, formulated a comprehensive education and training programs appropriate to promote vocational college students actively, creatively learn professional knowledge, professional skills, while consciously, purposefully improve their overall professional quality.
