摘　　要：深入探讨地方本科院校医学生素质教育的相关理论与培养目标,是挖掘医学生素质教育的路径和方法的重要前提,也是提升医学生素质教育,促进医学教育与素质教育相结合的重要内容之一。以在地方本科院校多年教学的亲身体验,在宜春学院医学院实行以课程体系优化为主,建设一支医学教育与素质教育相结合的师资队伍,依托医学教育的主干,从多方面入手,加强医学生素质教育。探索出具有可操作性的地方本科院校医学生素质教育的方法。Deep exploration and discussion on the relevant theories and training objectives of the medical students ＂quality education in local undergraduate colleges, is an important premise to exploring the ways and methods of the medical students＇quality education, and is also one of the important content to improve the medical students＂ quality education and to promote the combination of medical education and quality education. The author based on years of teaching experience in local undergraduate college, Implement with curriculum system optimization is given priority to, build a combination of medical education and quality education faculty, relying on medical educa- tion of the backbone, from several aspects to obtain, to strengthen the medical students＂ quality education in the medical school of Yichun college. To explore operable method of medical students＇quality education in the local undergraduate colleges.
