摘  要:采用高脂血症大鼠模型研究红菇、灵芝和竹荪的降血脂作用.结果表明:与模型组相比,红菇、灵芝和竹荪组大鼠体重分别下降了34.97%、32.15%和6.19%,肝指数分别下降了15.0%、12.3%和14.7%,脂肪指数分别下降53.1%、51.7%和52.3%,TC含量分别下降35.06%、27.41%和36.78%,TG含量分别下降8%、10.06%和54.67%,动脉硬化指数(AI)分别下降了60.7%、49.2%和55.7%,HDL-C浓度分别提高30.3%、27.3%和27.3%,而LDL-C浓度无显著差异.可见,红菇、灵芝和竹荪对高脂血症具有一定的疗效.The effects of Russula,Ganoderma lucidum and Dictyphora on the lipid metabolism of hyperlipemia rats were researched.The results were as follows:compared to those in model group,rats body weight decreased 34.97%,32.15% and 6.19%,liver index decreased 15.0%,12.3% and 14.7%,and fat index decreased 53.1%,51.7% and 52.3%,TC content decreased 35.06%,27.41% and 36.78%,TG content decreased 8%,10.06% and 54.67%,AIdecreased 60.7%,49.2% and 55.7%,HDL content increased 30.3%,27.3% and 27.3% (P <0.05),but LDL-C had no significant difference.It was suggested that Russula,Ganoderma lucidum and Dictyphora could cure hyperlipidemia.
