摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对于健康生活的重视程度逐步加强,养生作为一种传统的生活理念也重新回归。养生的范围宽广,形式多样,多个领域均有涉及,生活起居中不可或缺的家具同样扮演着养生的角色,尤其是材性独特、气质高贵、健康环保的红木家具,更是备受消费者青睐。基于现代人体工程学的家具养生主要体现在红木家具的造型、尺度与舒适度之间的关系上。在红木养生家具的产品研发过程中,要遵循设计原则,综合考虑产品的人体工程学特性和舒适性,保证产品可以满足"以人为本"的养生设计。With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standards,people are paying more and more attention to a healthy lifestyle.As a kind of traditional life philosophy with wide scope,various forms and vast area of involvement,regimen is returning to our life.Furniture as an essential part of daily life also plays a role of regimen.Hongmu furniture with unique wood property,noble temperament,health and environmental friendly is favored by consumers.Based on ergonomics,Hongmu regimen furniture mainly reflects in the relationship among modelling,dimension and comfort level.In the process of developing Hongmu regimen furniture,designers should follow the design principles and take ergonomics and comfortability into consideration in order to ensure that the products could meet the people oriented regimen function.
