摘　　要：背景与目的:人类表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,HER-2)对非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者预后的提示作用还处于争议之中,本研究旨在探索HER-2在NSCLC中的表达及与预后的关系。方法:利用免疫组化检测425例NSCLC的HER-2的表达。χ2检验评价HER-2与临床病理参数的关系。COX比例风险回归评估HER-2与预后的关系。结果:在425例组织中,HER-2阳性表达83例(19.5%);HER-2表达与NSCLC的病理类型密切相关,腺癌中的表达最高(P=0.05)。COX回归显示HER-2与NSCLC的预后无相关性。结论:HER-2表达与NSCLC的病理类型密切相关,在腺癌中表达比较普遍,但与NSCLC的预后无关。Background and purpose：The prognostic role of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 （HER-2） remains controversial in patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. This study aimed to evaluate the expression of HER-2 and its prognostic implication in patients with NSCLC.Methods：Four hundred and twenty-ifve NSCLC patients’ specimens were obtained from Zhejiang Cancer Hospital. HER-2 protein expression was determined by immunohistochemistry （IHC）. The relationship between HER-2 and clinicopathological parameters and patients’ prognosis was analyzed by Chi-square test and COX proportional hazards regression model.Results：Eighty-three patients were positive expression of HER-2 （83/425, 19.5%）. The expression of HER-2 was closely related with histological type （P=0.051）, most patients with HER-2 positive were adenocarcinoma, then were squamous carcinoma or other histological types. However, HER-2 was not an independent prognostic indicator for the overall survival of patients with NSCLC.Conclusion：We found that the expression of HER-2 was closely connected with histological type, but it was not a predictive marker for the prognosis in patients with NSCLC.
