口服精胺对哺乳仔猪小肠组织发育的影响

摘　　要：试验研究哺乳仔猪口服0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 mmol/kg BW（活体重）精胺对小肠重量、长度、绒毛高度和隐窝深度等组织学特性的影响。试验选取来自6窝共36头11 d哺乳仔猪进行试验。试验采用完全随机区组设计,以窝别为区组,每头仔猪为试验重复,不同精胺剂量为处理,将同窝选取的6头仔猪随机分配到一个精胺剂量处理组。精胺每天口服1次,持续3 d。14 d采集十二指肠、空肠和回肠样品,测定各肠段组织学特性。试验结果显示,随着精胺剂量增加,小肠重量呈显著的一次线性增加趋势（P〈0.01）,同时十二指肠和空肠黏膜重量也呈一次线性增加趋势（P〈0.05）。增加口服精胺剂量,线性增加了仔猪十二指肠隐窝深度（P〈0.05）,降低了绒毛高度（P〈0.05）。精胺对空肠形态学改变比十二指肠更显著,精胺线性增加了空肠隐窝深度（P〈0.01）,降低了绒毛高度（P〈0.01）。本试验从测定小肠组织学角度证明,口服精胺促进了幼龄哺乳仔猪小肠发育和成熟,在本试验条件下精胺发挥作用的适合剂量是0.4~0.5 mmol/kg BW。The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of orally administered spermine at various doses on intestinal maturation in suckling piglets. Thirty-six 11-day-old suckling piglets were assigned randomly to one of six treatments to receive 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, or 0.5 mmol spermine/kg body weight （BW） per day via a stomach tube for 3 days. At day 14 of age, small intestine, duode- num, jejunum and ileum, were obtained for the morphological analysis. Increasing the doses of orally administered spermine increased the intestinal weight （linear effect, P〈0.01） and mucosal weight of du- odenum and jejunum （linear effect, P〈0.05）. Furthermore, augmenting oral doses of spermine in- creased mypt depth, but reduced villus height in jejunum （linear effect, P〈0.05） and duodenum （lin- ear effect, P〈0.01）. For most measurements, the effects were observed at the oral spermine doses of 0.4 to 0.5 mmol/kg BW. Collectively, the results show that oral administration of optimal doses of spermine to 11-day-old suckling piglets induces precocious intestinal maturation and promotes intesti- nal growth.
