摘 要:为探讨研究式教学+LBL双轨教学模式在神经病学八年制实习教学中的应用效果,将孙逸仙纪念医院神经科临床实习的八年制医学生60人随机分为三组,分别采用研究式教学+LBL教学体系(A组)、研究式教学法(B组)和LBL教学方法(C组),通过出科考核及问卷调查的方式评价教学效果。结果提示双轨教学组在考试的总分和基础理论知识的得分、学生对教学模式满意度上均高于单独教学组。该双轨教学模式值得在八年制医学教育中推广。To explore the efficacy of the research style teaching method combined with lecture based learning(LBL) methods to eight- year medical students in the clinical practice of neurology, 60 medical students in 8 year program in the department of neurology of Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital were randomly selected and divided into three groups : group of research style teaching method combined with LBL teaching method( group A), research style teaching method group (group B), and LBL teaching methodgroup (group C). The re- sults suggest that the examinational scores and the satisfaction evaluation to the combination of research style teaching method and LBL teaching method are higher than the other two groups. Research style teaching method combined with lecture based learning methods are worth promoting in eight-year medical education.
