摘　　要：口腔临床实践是口腔医学生学习的关键。随着医学生扩招数量的增加,学生多、患者少的教学矛盾日益突出。如何改进教学方法,是当前口腔医学教育改革的核心问题。口腔案例立体教学集多种教学法于一体,从而实现教学的形象化、直观化及可操作化,将这种全新高效的教学方法和传统的教学方法相结合,为口腔医学教育改革提供新的思路。Oral clinical practice is the key to medical students＇ learning. Compared with the increasing number of medical students＇ enrollment, there would be less patients. Improving the method of teaching as well as cultivating autonomous learning ability of students is one of the core problems in education reform. The oral case three - dimension teaching is the combination of a variety of teaching methods aiming at achieving the visualization and maneuverability in the teaching process. Application of both the traditional and new teaching methods would provide new ideas for oral medical education.
