摘 要:美国高校教师网络教学能力发展机制比较完善,其发展内容涵括了教学设计、帮助学生做好准备、精心组织课程、运用先进技术、加强互动、合理评价等能力;其发展方式灵活合理,强调个人学习和集体学习相结合,注重混合发展模式和合作发展形式,重视教师的个性化需求,其保障系统立足于美国政府的宏观指导、专业组织的中观协调和大学的微观实施,为教师网络教学能力发展提供了强有力的保障。借鉴美国高校教师网络教学能力发展机制,有助于我国发展高校教师网络教学能力。The online teaching ability for teachers in American universities is quite perfect. Its training content includes planning, helping students to make preparation, good organization of courses, advanced technology application, interaction strengthening, reasonable evaluation and other abilities. Its training mode is flexible and rational, which puts emphasis on the combination of individual learning and collective learning, the integration of training mode and cooperative development form, and the teachers' individual needs. And its security system is based on the US government's macro guidence, professional organization's madhyamaka coordination and universities' microcosmic implementation, which provides a strong guarantee for teachers' online teaching ability training. The study and analysis on the online teaching ability training mechanism for teachers in American universities contributes to the improvement of university teachers' online teaching ability in our country.
