摘　　要：本文简要回顾了教育经济学的发展脉络,讨论了人力资本理论在效率与公平两个方面面临的挑战,进而从分工合作的角度对传统的教育经济学研究进行了反思,并在此基础上讨论和展望了教育经济学未来发展的方向。This paper briefly reviews the developmental process of economics of education and discusses the challenges that human capital theory faces on efficiency and justice.. It further reflects upon the traditional researches on economics of education from the perspective of cooperation and division of labor. Finally, the paper proposes a prospect of economics of education.
