摘 要:本研究利用异Vc钠生产废液(WEP)复合玉米秸秆进行固态发酵生产高蛋白饲料.通过富集培养、分离与鉴定等方法得到1株耐15%WEP的犁头霉(Absidia sp.)Z2菌株,在此基础上通过正交试验优化了Z2和白地霉混菌固态发酵WEP和玉米秸秆生产高蛋白饲料的条件.结果表明:m秸秆∶m麸皮=5∶1,固∶液(液体为15%WEP,1 g·L-1硫酸铵,0.5 g·L-1磷酸二氢钾,0.1 g·L-1的硫酸镁)=1∶4,初始pH值5.5,28℃,发酵4 d时发酵物料中的粗蛋白和真蛋白含量最高,分别为101.2 mg·g-1和62.5 mg·g-1,比对照分别提高了22.96%和26.01%;纤维素和半纤维素降解率分别为11.20%和8.57%,发酵后物料为黄褐色、香味浓郁.异Vc钠生产废液复合玉米秸秆经犁头霉和白地霉混菌发酵后提高了玉米秸秆作为饲料的利用价值.Corn straw and waste water of sodium erythorbat production (WEP) were used as raw mate- rial to produce high protein feed. A fungus strain named Z2 resistant to high concentration of WEP was isolated and identified as Absidia sp.. The fermentation conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiment inoculated with Z2 and Geotrichum candidum together and the results were as follows: m : mwheatbran =5: 1, solid: liquid (the liquid contained 15% WEP, 1 g · L^-1 (NH4)2SO4, 0. 5 g· L^-1 K2HPO4and0.1 g· L^-1 MgS04) = 1:4, initialpH5.5, fermented at 28 ·C for4 days. The content of crude protein and true protein after fermentation was 101.2 mg · g^-1 and 62.5 mg · g^-1, respectively, which was 22.96% and 26.01% higher than that of the control. Cellulose and hemi cel- lulose were biodegraded by 11.20% and 8.57% , respectively. The product was tawny in color and palatable in aroma. The utilization value of corn straw used as feed was enhanced after fermentation.
