面向中亚本土化师资的汉语国际教育硕士培养项目的调查分析

摘　　要：本文通过对新疆师范大学2009级和2010级共计106名汉语国际教育硕士(海外生源)的培养目标、生源情况、语言情况和基本素质、课程设置与培养方式、来华动机与就业意向、实习与学位论文情况进行调查,分析其特点及存在的优势与不足,为构建科学的师资培养体系,适应面向中亚汉语国际教育的现实需要提供依据和参考。Taking 106 Master degree candidates of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in Xinjiang Normal University as subjects, an investigation was conducted into the training objectives, curriculum and training mode, as well as students＇ backgrounds including their languages and basic qualities, their motivation in China, their employment intention, and their internship and thesis. The analysis of their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages can provide the basic reference for constructing scientific teacher training system so as to meet the need of promoting Chinese in Central Asia.
