摘　　要：成人技能调查是经合组织（OECD）的一项综合性国际测评项目，对16~65岁成人的认知能力和技能水平进行测评，被称为“成人的PISA”。其首轮调查报告不仅分析了测评数据和结果，而且为各参与国提供了政策建议。报告指出，技能熟练程度与经济发展、劳动者就业以及个人幸福指数呈正相关，各国政府可通过加大对各类教育、培训的投入来提高劳动者的技能水平，推动经济发展。The Survey of Adult Skills is an international survey conducted by OECD. It measures the key cognitive and workplace skills of adults aged from 16 to 65 and is called ＂PISA for adults＂. The first results of the Survey were released in October 2013, i.e. OECD Skills Outlook 2013. The report not only records and analyzes the data and findings, but also provides suggestions for policy makers. It indicates that adults＇ skills proficiency has positive impacts on economic prosperity, labor employment and individuals＇ happiness. In order to enhance the skills of adults and develop economy, governments should invest more in education and training.
