摘 要:民族符号是该民族历史文化过程中传承下来的、别的民族没有的独特的文化活动,包括艺术、体育、语言文学和生活习俗。民族符号与宗教和人种特征不同,宗教信仰存在广泛的跨民族性,人种特征也不是民族差别的准确衡量标准。当民族符号与国家象征接近一致时,民族符号得以强化,当民族符号与国家象征不能达成一致时,问题出现复杂性。本文试图探析民族符号与国家象征的关系,并以哈萨克斯坦重塑民族符号的努力为例,加深对民族文化的理解和重视。The perceptual knowledge to a nation is firstly obtained through the deep impression in the mind of the national symbols, which is made by the specific traces of a nation, namely, the unique cultural activities inherited from the historical process, including art, sports, language and literature as well as customs. The national symbols are different from religion and racial characteristics as the religious belief exists beyond the national boundary, the racial characteristic is not the accurate standard to measure the national distinction. When the national symbols are nearly in accord with the state emblem, they can be strengthened, however, when they are inconsistent with the state emblem, the issue may become complex. By taking the example of the efforts of the Kazakhstan in remolding their national symbols, this article intends to explore and analyze the relationship between the national symbol and state emblem so as to deepen the understanding of the national culture.
