摘　　要：本文分析了将自助式整体薪酬引入企业对中层管理者激励与管理的重要性,并在此基础上对其设计思路和实施的基本条件等内容进行了讨论与阐述。This paper analyzes the significance of drawing the self-service overall compensation to the enterprises to encourage and manage the middle managers, and discusses and expounds the design idea and the basic conditions of the implementation.
