摘 要:光学捷联惯组所用惯性精度容易受环境温度影响,研究设计一种温度控制系统,此系统具有多路温度采集和温度控制的功能,系统采用高速信号处理器作为控制处理核心,通过惠斯通电桥和16位AD转换器完成对温度信号的采集.为提高温控系统加热效率,隔离外界温度对惯性器件的影响,釆用分级控制方法。为实现快速、精密温控,实行分段控制策略,全速加热阶段保证控温的快速性,温度接近温控点时采用增量式PID控制算法完成PWM信号控制输出,实现控温的精确性。试验结果表明,系统实现了对惯性器件0.1℃的精确温控,为解决惯性器件迅速进入稳定工作状态提供了一种实用方法。To eliminate the impact of temperature on the precision of inertial measurement unit, this paper designs a temperature control system, by using high speed processor as the core of control, and using Wheatstone bridge and AD convertor to accomplish the collection of temperature signal. To enhance the efficiency of the system and insulate the influence of external temperature, the paper introduces a method of gradual control. To achieve rapid and exact temperature control, the paper introduces a method of subsection control, by using full heating to guarantee the speediness of system, and incremental PID to guarantee the precision of system. The results of test verify that the design controls the change of temperature into 0.1℃, and offers an applied method for inertial measurement to enter into steady work state.
