摘 要:医患沟通课程是现代医学高等教育的重要组成部分。中、美两国高等医学院校在医患沟通课程教学方法、课程设置、考评方式等方面有着明显差异。美国医学院校大多采用书面教学、小组讨论、情景模拟相结合的方法进行教学,并且教学周期长,将知识和技能训练贯穿于医学教育全过程,其考核方式日常化且形式多样。与美国相比,中国医学院校的医患沟通课程课时较少、缺乏完整的教学体系。中国可以借鉴美国医患沟通课程在课程设置、人员组织形式、考核方式等方面经验,进一步完善医患沟通能力培养体系。Doctor-patient communication education is one of the most important components of modern medical education. There are differences in teaching methods, curriculum structure, examination methods between medical schools in China and the United States. In US, most of the medical schools integrate Lecture-Based Learning, group discussion, Scenario Simulation into the doctor-patient communication curriculum. Furthermore, the education process is long enough to help medical students acquire communication knowledge and skills along with their whole learning process. And, there are varieties of evaluation methods in doctor-patient communication curriculum. Compared to America, medical schools in China do not set much time on doctor-patient communication curriculum, let alone having an established teaching system. To improve our doctor-patient communication education, Chinese medical schools should learn from American counterparts’ in curriculum design, faculty selection, assessment methods and etc.
