摘　　要：学生宿舍是大学生学习、生活和交流的重要场所。高校对学生公寓的维护与管理不够到位、管理体制的不健全和制度的不完善、社会多元文化的负面效应以及大学生个体本位意识的强化等,给高校学生宿舍管理带来了诸多不和谐因素及其新的挑战。文章通过对这些问题的研究,并对照和谐宿舍文化的标准,力求探索出构建和谐宿舍文化的若干对策。The dormitory is an important part in college studentslearning, life and communication. The causes of current dormitory culture disharmony can be attributed to the dislocation of management education in colleges, dormitories management system deficiencies, social and cultural diversity of the negative effects ,individual-based consciousness of university students to strengthen. The paper is based on the standard of the harmonious dormitory culture, which is to explore the several countermeasures of building a harmonious dormitory culture.
