摘 要:采用偏最小二乘法(PLS法)建立校正模型,利用人工合成色素在可见光区的光吸收,建立了偏最小二乘-分光光度法,同时对食品中5种组分人工合成色素-喹啉黄、诱惑红、赤藓红、淡红和靛蓝的含量进行测定。5种人工合成色素的线性范围分别是0.20~60.00μg·mL-1,0.20~20.00μg·mL-1,0.20~20.00μg·mL-1,0.20~20.00μg·mL-1和0.10~10.00μg·mL-1,检出限分别是0.089 2μg·mL-1,0.053 1μg·mL-1,0.047 8μg·mL-1,0.075 3μg·mL-1和0.013 7μg·mL-1,回收率在91.3%~108.8%,相对标准偏差在1.9%~7.5%。方法用于糖果、饮料、调色酒等添加了合成人工色素产品的检测,具有较好的准确度和精密度。Based on the calibration models using partical least squares(PLS), and the theory that sythetic pigments can have optical absorption in visible light, the PLS-spectrophotometry method was developed. This method was applied to measure the content of various sythetic pigments in food products such as quinoline yellow, allura red, erythritol red, light red and indigo. Their linear range were 0.20~60.00 μg·mL-1, 0.20~20.00 μg·mL-1, 0.20~20.00 μg·mL-1, 0.20~20.00 μg·mL-1and 0.10~10.00 μg·mL-1. The detection limit was 0.089 2 μg·mL-1, 0.053 1 μg·mL-1, 0.047 8 μg·mL-1, 0.075 3 μg·mL-1 and 0.013 7 μg·mL-1. The recovery rate reached 91.3%~108.8% with relative standard deviations was 1.9%~7.5%. This method has good accuracy and precision, can be used to detect the content of sythetic pigments in various food products such as candies, beverages, wine and so on.
