比较视野下的学习型城市建设——从上海范式看温州路径

摘　　要：在简要梳理上海推动学习型城市发展15年经验的基础上,通过SWOT分析法,可厘清当前温州建设学习型城市的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并可在比较和借鉴的视野中就温州未来学习型城市建设的发展理念、治理结构、制度设计、文化生态环境、城市群体学习资源和学习共同体培育等方面做以探讨。On the basis of studying the 15-year development of learning-based urban city in Shanghai, through adoption of SWOT analysis, this article clarified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of building Wenzhou into a learning-based city. Also through making comparisons and drawing experience from others, it explored the development concept, governance structure, system design, cultural and ecological environment, learning resources of urban groups, and cultivation of learning communities during the construction of a learning-based city in Wenzhou for the purpose of seeking special and expertise advice.
