摘　　要：目的探讨东北某城市小学生家长对儿童情感忽视问题的发生情况及其影响因素，为在小学生家长中开展预防儿童虐待提供参考。方法对东北某城市2所小学一～六年级1200名小学生家长进行不记名自填式问卷调查。结果在被调查的小学生家长中，对儿童的总情感忽视率为31．3％，男、女儿童情感忽视率分别为33．2％和29．4％，差异无统计学意g（X^2=2．001，P〉O．05）。Logistic回归分析显示，影响家长对儿童情感忽视的主要因素有儿童学习成绩、母亲文化程度、父母婚姻状况、父母童年期受虐经历及父母对情感忽视的认识（P值均〈O．05）。结论小学生家长中存在对儿童的情感忽视问题。应该重视在小学生家长中开展预防儿童情感忽视教育活动。Objective To investigate parents＂ emohonal neglect, and to provide important evidence ior prevenuon of childhood maltreatment. Methods A cross-sectional study and cluster sampling method was used in two primary schools in a north- east city of China. Parents of 1 200 pupils from grade 1 to grade 6 participated in this study. Data was collected by serf-adminis- tered questionnaire. Results Of all the parents, 31.3% reported emotional neglect toward their children; the occurrence of emo- tional neglect among male and female children was 33.2% and 29.4%, respectively, with no significant differences in gender. Lo-gistic regression analysis indicated that the influencing factors of childhood emotional neglect were academic performance, maternal educational background, parental marital status, parental childhood maltreatment experience, and parental perception of emotional neglect. Conclusion Childhood emotional neglect by parents is common in northeast China, and more attention should be paid to develop strategies of childhood emotional neglect prevention.
