摘　　要：对奥氏体不锈钢杀菌锅在运行中产生穿透性裂纹,从而导致泄漏失效的问题进行了全面分析。杀菌锅产生裂纹,既有运行方面的原因,也有材料本身和设备制造方面的原因。During the operation of austenitic stainless steel retort, penetration cracks generated, resulting in the leakage of the retort, the paper analyzed the problem comprehensively. The results showed that besides operation, the causes of retort cracks also included the inherent defects of material and the problem of manufacturing.
