摘　　要：电子信息工程专业《计算机基础》课程教学改革,首先要实现教学地点的迁移,借助实验室教学辅助软件以及局域网环境进行教学设计和实施教学过程,并采用全新教学方法,充分体现"以学员为主体、以教员为主导"的教育理念,在一定程度上激发了"教与学"的积极性,提高了课程教学的效果。In the reform of teaching the ＂Computer Basis＂course in the electronic and information engineering specialty, above all we should transfer the teaching sites, make the teaching design and carry out the teaching process by using the laboratory teaching aid software in LAN environment, and adopt the new teaching methods to fully embody the education philosophy with＂trainees as a subject and teaches as an instructor＂and inspire the＂teaching and learning＂initiative to a certain extent so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching the course.
