摘  要:为实现农产品中γ-氨基丁酸含量的快速检测,采用丹磺酰氯作为衍生试剂,柱前衍生化法,建立了快速测定糙米、活性红豆、活性绿豆、活性谷胚芽等农产品中γ-氨基丁酸含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。色谱条件:HyperSil ODS2 C18,流动相A为甲醇,B为水,采用梯度洗脱,样品pH为9.5,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1 mL/min,进样量为5μL。用标准样品所测得的线性方程为Y=1.7E-7X-0.001 97,相关系数为R^2=0.999 9,线性关系好。样品检测的回收率为99.67%,精密度高,操作简便,时间短,检测限低,重现性好。To establish rapid detection of γ-aminobutyric acid on farm products,a rapid determination of γ-aminobutyric acid after pre-column derivatization with high-performance liquid chromatography has been studied in the paper.Dansyl chloride was adopted for derivatizing agent,related example as brown rice,activity red beans,active green beans,activity germ of cereals and other agricultural products.A chromatographic operation condition was hypersil ODS2 C18,mobile phase A methanol,B water,adopting gradient elution,the sample pH 9.5,the detection wavelength 254 nm,column temperature 30 ℃,flow rate 1mL/min,and volumes of the sample injection 5 μL.Under the optimum conditions the linear equation was Y =1.7E-7X-0.001 97,R2 =0.999 9,with a better linearity relationship,which was measured by using standard samples.The sample determination of recovery was 99.67%,this method has a higher precision,simpler process,shorter analysis time,less limit of detection and better reproducibility.
