摘 要:在农机专业底盘快速设计中,需对农机行驶平顺性进行性能分析。为此,采用五轮仪法,实测实际耕作地的路面不平度,通过快速Fourier变换,获得功率谱密度函数,构建面向农机作业的三维路面模型。将该路面模型导入ADAMS/view中,建立车-路相互作用模型,利用加权加速度均方根法,对某国产联合收割样机行驶平顺性进行评价。仿真结果为:最大加权加速度为2.11 m/s2,共振频率为2.93Hz。In the agricultural machinery professional chassis rapid design,it's necessary to analyze the performance about the riding comfort.First,road surface roughness of the farming plots was measured using five-wheel instrument.The data of the testing sample was transformed to power spectrum density function by fast Fourier transform.Using the results,a three-dimensional random road model was established based on MATLAB with the function.Vehicle-road interaction model was created when the road model was imported to ADAMS/view.The riding comfort of the grain combine harvester was evaluated with weighted acceleration RMS method.Results show that,the maximum weighted acceleration is 2.11m/s2,the resonance frequency is 2.93Hz.
