摘　　要：从窖池建造环境、材料、大小、表面积等方面综合合理设计建窖方式,并分析比较了泥窖、砖窖和砖泥混合窖的优缺点。以优质窖底泥和超浓缩复合己酸菌混合培养制作种液,然后接种于培养基中增殖培养的两步法进行窖泥培养,兼气杆菌等窖泥功能菌生长繁殖较好。Pit should be designed and constructed with full consideration of pit construction environment, construction materials, pit size, and pit surface area etc. Besides, the advantages and disadvantages of mud pit, brick pit, and mud-brick-mixed pit were compared. Quality bottom pit mud was mixed with hyperconcentrated caproate bacteria for the preparation of culture solution, then two-step culture in the culture medium was done（functional bacteria in pit mud such as bacillus aerogenes etc. grew well）.
