摘　　要：从高校人才培养的角度出发,大学生创新能力由创新思维、创新品质、理论知识与实践技能构成。同时,大学生创新能力随构成要素变化而动态变化,可分为基本创新能力、专业创新能力和综合创新能力三个层次。From the perspective of personnel training in Colleges and universities,the innovation ability of college students is composed of innovation thinking,innovation quality,theoretical knowledge and practical ability. At the same time,the innovation ability of college students changes with the elements of dynamic change,which can be divided into three levels of basic innovation ability,professional innovation ability and comprehensive innovation ability.
