摘　　要：高校教师自主专业发展问题是一种内源性的发展问题,它是教师自觉地、自主地进行专业提升与发展的一个过程。在高等教育飞速发展的今天,高校教师的自主专业发展已经是大势所趋。高校教师应该培养自主发展意识、进行教学反思、提升专业素养,这也是提高高等教育教学质量的重要途径。College teachersˊautonomous professional development is an internal - sourced one,which is a procedure of teachersˊintuitive and autonomous self - improvement. As the high education develops,college teachersˊautonomous professional development has been an inevitable trend. For college teachers,cultivating autonomous development awareness,doing teaching reflection and improving professional qualities are of great significance. To some extent,these measures are considered as main approaches to optimize high education.
