摘　　要：中层干部是整个高校干部队伍的重要组成部分。加强对中层管理干部的管理,有利于加强和改进高校干部队伍建设,因此对高校中层干部的考核测评应给予足够重视。高校中层干部管理考核测评系统正是对应这一需求而开发的,其应用弥补了传统手工处理测评结果繁杂、量大等不足,展现了其自动化和公平性等特点。The middle-level cadres is an important part of the cadre team of colleges and universities.Strengthening middle-level cadre management is conducive to improving the construction of cadre team of colleges and universities, so the assessment on the middle-level cadres in colleges and universities should be given sufficient attention. The middle-level cadre assessment system is accordant with the demand. Its application makes up for imperfections of the traditional manual processing evaluation, displaying automation and fairness etc.
