摘　　要：高校财政拨款资金的使用效率一直以来都是社会关注的重点,以绩效为导向合理分配高等教育资源,必须进行高校绩效的综合评价。首先,从可持续发展的视角出发,构建了由4个一级指标和11个二级指标组成的高校财政拨款绩效评价的综合评价指标体系;其次,运用熵权法,确定了各项指标的权重;最后,根据2006-2010年相关数据,采用了TOPSIS法对我国72所部属高校财政拨款绩效进行评价,并从可持续发展的角度将评价结果与中国校友会网排名进行对比分析。The efficiency in the use of financial allocated funds in higher education is always the focus of social concern.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation in universities in order to allocate rationally higher education resources oriented by performance.From the perspective of sustainable development,this paper begins with constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for financial allocation performance evaluation in universities,which is composed of 4first-class indexes and11second-class indexes.Next,by using entropy method,it determines the weight of each index.Finally,based on 2006-2010 data,by using TOPSIS method,it evaluates the performance of financial allocated funds in 72 subordinate universities of China＇s Ministry of Education.Moreover,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the evaluative results with the university rankings on the website of China University Alumni Association（CUAA）from the perspective of sustainable development.
