浅谈高职院校“双师型教师”队伍建设

摘　　要：在高职院校建设与发展中,双师型教师的培养与队伍建设是重中之重。根据作者从事工科教育经验出发,分析了当前高职院校"双师型教师"存在的不足,提出了高职院校"双师型教师"队伍培养与建设途径与措施。During the construction and development of higher vocational colleges, the work of cultivation and construction of double - professional teacher team is most important. Based on practical teaching experience of science department, the shortcomings of such teachers were analyzed and ways and measures for improving the cultivation and development of such teacher team were put forward.
